Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm offering a full-time employment opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the Labor & Employment Practice in the Los Angeles or Orange County offices. GT offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The Labor & Employment Associate will work with clients across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities
  • Represent employers on class and individual wage & hour compliance, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements.
  • Address other labor and employment issues as part of a broad practice.
  • Take ownership of work and career development with strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills; attention to detail.
  • Experience with wage & hour class actions and PAGA is required.
Practice Summary

GT’s Labor & Employment Practice provides consulting, technical assistance, and litigation services with a focus on helping organizations analyze options, make informed decisions, and take effective action.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $225,000 to $365,000
. Actual pay is based on experience, location, and other job-related factors. Benefits include health insurance with optional HSA, disability coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, vacation, sick time, employee assistance program, and available voluntary programs and commuter/transit options where applicable.
