World-wide manufacturing company is looking for a HR Generalist to split time 3 days a week in Irvine, CA, and 2 days a week in Montebello, CA.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Worked for a manufacturing or distribution warehouse company (HR knowledge of warehouse workers).
• 1+ year of payroll and timekeeping system experience (ADP & UKG preferred or other large payroll and timekeeping system).
• Experience recruiting general administrative professionals and warehouse workers.
• Good knowledge with benefits.

Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide support across all areas of human resources.
• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Payroll
• Benefits administration
• L&D training administration

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $34/hour to $36/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
