POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Senior HR Manager, Operations is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, compensation, LTI, HRIS and core HR operations while ensuring scalable, compliant, and cost‑effective people practices.
