HR Coordinator
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support a dynamic team in Irvine, CA for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience supporting critical HR functions and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Location : Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance audits
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
