• Partner‑level Labor and Employment experience, including the ability to run files and manage clients and carrier relationships.
• Excellent references and a record of job stability.
• Member of the California bar in good standing.

Competitive base salary of $250,000 – $350,000 plus discretionary and hours‑based bonuses.
