We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 2,000 employees across 27 states. This role requires strong multi‑state payroll expertise, hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now, and a deep understanding of compliance, accuracy, and process improvement. The Payroll Supervisor will serve as a key partner to HR, Finance, and Operations while ensuring timely and compliant payroll execution.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 3,000 employees, primarily hourly, across 27 multi‑state jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including review and resolution of timekeeping discrepancies.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other with holdings.
• Review payroll registers prior to final submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience in a multi‑state retail or restaurant environment.
• Proven experience managing payroll for large employee populations (2,000+ employees).
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred, but not required.
