This is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA.
Job BriefThe Human Resources Associate supports HR operations, fostering internal and external relationships, aiding in recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance. Seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong people skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative HR support in benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Manage recruiting tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Serve as the primary contact for employment verifications.
- Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support HR compliance programs and company culture initiatives.
- Coordinate All-Company Townhall meetings.
- 0-2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
The role is paid at $25-30 per hour and is a fractional position expected to work 20-25 hours per week. Compensation ranges are based on current market data and may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
