Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and resolve routine to complex employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems in accordance with established policies.
• Administer employee health, welfare, and leave of absence programs, guiding employees through plan requirements and leave provisions.
• Explain plan options, policy features, and open enrollment details clearly to employees to ensure informed decision-making.
• Prioritize daily case queues, conduct detailed case analysis, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Required:

• Strong working knowledge of benefits administration, leave management (FMLA/ADA), workers' compensation, and payroll processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries promptly using organizational policies and online resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of translating intricate HR policy language for a broad audience.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to balance multi-channel inquiry streams and prioritize competing operational demands.

Pay Rate: $29.74/hour
