Construction & 1099 Recruiter

Sun Trust Remodeling is seeking a full-time Recruiter in Irvine, CA to help attract and hire the right people for its home remodeling business. This role owns the full recruiting cycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to build a talent pipeline for both current openings and future growth. • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process
  , including crafting job postings through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define roles clearly.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  .
• Review resumes,
  interview candidates, and evaluate both skill and culture fit
  .
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate competitive offers
  .

• Proven experience as a recruiter within the sales and construction industry
  .
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
  .
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and self-motivation, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
