Cycle Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
• Drive recruiting workflow support through the ATS, including accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
• Source candidates using multiple channels, including social media management

  , and job boards

• Conduct interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit
  .
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process by delivering updates and feedback as needed.
• Manage contract negotiations and coordinate onboarding steps for new hires.
• Oversee pre-employment processes, including candidate communications, background checks, reference checks, employment verification, offer letter administration, and pre-hire documentation.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategy.
• Administer and maintain recruiting workflows in Breezy HR
  , ensuring teams can manage the process effectively.
• Coordinate onboarding activities by preparing onboarding schedules, collecting new hire paperwork, initiating system access requests, and partnering with hiring managers to support a positive onboarding experience.

• 3+ years proven recruiting experience for technical roles
  , ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recruit across other functional areas as needed.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Experience with interviewing methods and assessing candidate qualifications accurately.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
• Preference for experience using social media platforms for recruitment.
• Sales or human resources background will be considered an advantage.
