2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes
Execution of transactional core HR processes
Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance
Maintain all personnel files
Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors
Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition
Support and maintain e-Time system and payroll-related activities
Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels
