As an Enterprise Systems Integration Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain the services and adapters that connect our LOS (Byte), TPO/Glide portal, pricing (Loan Pass), and external providers. This is a hands‑on software engineering role focused on robust APIs, data contracts, schema validation (MISMO 3.4 ULAD), and production‑grade reliability.

Base salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities What You’ll Build & Own
  • Integration services and adapters that move data reliably between LOS ↔ Portal ↔ Pricing ↔ vendor APIs.
  • Data contracts and mappings including field‑level transforms and validators for MISMO/ULAD payloads.
  • Observability, quality gates, and error handling so issues are detected, triaged, and self‑heal where possible.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement backend services (REST/Graph

QL) and event/messaging flows for LOS‑centric integrations.
  • Build resilient adapters for pricing/lock, underwriting allocation, disclosures, and third‑party data (e.g., FEMA).
  • Author mapping specs and schema validators; enforce contract tests and backward compatibility.
  • Implement auth, secrets management, and least‑privilege access for integrations in alignment with Architecture security patterns; champion privacy‑by‑design.
  • Implement SLIs/SLOs defined by Architecture; instrument metrics, structured logging, and alerts; participate in on‑call with sensible runbooks.
  • Partner with Product/BAs to turn BRDs into engineering tasks; keep JIRA tickets crisp with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with QA to automate integration tests (API, contract, regression) and performance checks.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, blue/green or canary deployments, and rollback strategies.
  • Author ADR proposals; changes to standards require Architecture approval. Document integration playbooks and operational SOPs. Security & Data Governance.
