• SharePoint Architecture and Support
• Architect, Administer and support SharePoint (Online).
• Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
• Implement governance policies, security controls, site permissions and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage site provisioning, migrations, and upgrades.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams) and third-party API.
• Build enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions on SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box features and custom code through the SharePoint Framework.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality, including security and compliance best practices.
• Develop and support chatbots and AI capabilities within SharePoint environments.

• Lead data migration initiatives from other file sharing systems (e.g., Egnyte, Box etc) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for SharePoint configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Document business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using SharePoint workflows.
• Train end-users and provide support for SharePoint sites, file/folder structure and permissions.
• Improve the overall business process and operational level functioning using SharePoint expertise.
