We're seeking a Senior IT Dev Ops Engineer / Systems Engineer to optimize our IT service delivery, infrastructure reliability, and employee lifecycle processes. You'll bridge technical expertise with operational excellence to drive efficiency, security, and exceptional end‑user experiences in our dynamic environment.

• Own the full IT asset lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning) for hardware/software
• Maintain server room operations: HVAC, power, racks, and physical/virtual infrastructure (Hyper‑V clusters, Storage QoS, Power Shell automation)
• Administer Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other business‑critical systems

• Ensure 24/7 reliability of servers, networks, and endpoints (Windows/macOS)
• Lead Tier 2/3 support, incident management, and ITSM processes (Service Now/Jira/Slack)
• Collaborate on Dev Ops initiatives: CI/CD (Jenkins/Terraform), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus)

• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows (account provisioning, access controls)
• Partner with HR/Info Sec to enforce IAM policies and compliance standards

• Develop IT operational playbooks and knowledge base documentation
• Optimize vendor management for procurement and SLAs

• 7+ years in IT Dev Ops Engineer / systems engineering
• Gaming studio IT experience
• Expertise in Hyper‑V virtualization & Power Shell automation, ITSM platforms (Service Now/Jira/Slack), Windows/macOS administration & networking, scripting (Python/Power Shell)
• ITIL v4 certification (preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Observability tools (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus)

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $ to $ per year. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign‑on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Eligible applicants also receive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan.

Annual vacation ranges from 15 to 25 days (depending on tenure), with 13 holidays and 10 days of paid sick leave. Benefits may be adjusted based on location, employment status, tenure, and position level.
