Basic Requirements/Must-Haves:

• Recent hands-on experience with Database Security, Database Activity Monitoring and solutions.
• Looking for candidate who has experience navigating through DAM software/tools
• Recent experience with Audit Compliance and Security projects as it pertains to database security
• Recent experience with technical documentation; writing IT process documentation, database security alert/case scenarios, etc.
• Recent experience with creating/configuring audit and security alerts, policies and procedures
• IT Project analysis/management skills; attending/scheduling meetings, giving presentations, providing project status updates, etc.
• Knowledge Transfer/Skills Sharing; must be comfortable working and effective knowledge transfer with various IT teams including but not limited to Information Security, Systems Development, Engineering, etc.

Plusses/Good-To-Haves:

• Perl programming/scripting (DBI ODBC) on UNIX and Windows
• Experience and/or familiarity with database platforms (i.e. SQL, Oracle, DB2, DMSII, Progress)

Handles and leads various large-scale or highly complex data/database management activities including one or more of the following: designing highly complex logical and/or physical databases; leading highly complex data modeling, mapping, integration, and capacity planning efforts;

developing management policies, procedures and standards; and business requirements identification, analysis and development. Provides mentoring, guidance and general oversight to less experienced staff in a variety of database design, administration and/or modeling activities.
