We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of email marketing programs across Sandisk ecommerce, nurture, and drip campaigns. This role requires extensive hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign (Classic and Standard) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The specialist will manage end-to-end campaign strategy from creative build to segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis, ensuring all campaigns are timely, relevant, and data-driven to drive business growth and maintain a healthy, engaged subscriber base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including ecommerce promotions, business rewards, and triggered workflows
- Manage and optimize email database segmentation and list growth strategies
- Build audiences within Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) and apply data points for customized deployments
- Develop and maintain customer journeys and audience workflows within Adobe
- Execute ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, content, creative, and send timing to improve performance
- Monitor email KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate), analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure seamless execution
- Manage campaign deployments within Adobe
- Create and distribute weekly reporting dashboards and performance recaps to stakeholders
- Use KNAK platform for creative build and QA prior to moving campaigns into Adobe
- Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Campaign to build multi-channel campaigns
- Design and implement data-driven campaigns, workflows, templates, and reports in Adobe Campaign Standard
- Integrate data between Adobe Campaign, AEP, and other platforms to enable personalized strategies
- Customize workflows, data models, and reports, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Maintain clear documentation for all implemented solutions and share knowledge internally
- Assess and audit current platform configurations and accelerate remediation plans
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development (Classic and Standard)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration with Adobe Campaign
- Proficiency in configuring and implementing marketing workflows, email templates, and data integrations within Adobe Campaign
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and experience in ETL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in campaign execution and platform integrations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with KNAK or similar email building platforms
Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign Classic)
