Role: Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email))
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
Skills and Qualifications- Must be fluent in verbal and written English and any one language from the following list:
- Swedish
- Danish
- Dutch
- Telugu
- Marathi
- Swiss German
- German
- Belgian German
- Polish
- Japanese
- Norwegian
- Previous experience in customer service - prefer email support experience
- Native Speaker
- Must have lived in locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to Native locale
- Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal English and one additional language from the list above
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Strong Analytical Skills
