Join Capital Group’s EDGE Early Career Associate program as a Solutions Engineer – Growth Platforms. In this role, you will work with the Growth Platform Team to provide enterprise‑wide solutions that power the global launch of investment products, including ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMAs, and more.

As a Direct Placement Associate, you will be part of an engaging cohort experience focused on learning and development, connecting with peers through social events and networking during your first year. You will learn directly from our leaders through a speaker series, tackle business problems in sprint challenges, and engage in activities to strengthen your technical skills and business acumen. You will be well supported as you discover how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best technology platforms for our internal customers and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time.

• Analyze and solve problems through rigorous analysis.
• Design, develop, and test creative technical solutions for business needs.
• Work as part of an inclusive and collaborative team in an agile environment.
• Conduct system analysis while partnering with business and technical teams.
• Use industry‑leading technologies.
• Partner with multiple departments across Information Technology to implement enterprise‑wide efforts.

• Currently pursuing a technology‑related field of study with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Have practical experience working with complex business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
• Have exposure to business systems analysis functions, product roadmaps, AI, integration plans, and testing.
• Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills and approach tasks with a high level of conscientiousness and attention to detail.
• Can step into situations without a lot of information, quickly get up to speed, and contribute to driving disparate groups to resolution.
• Participate in creating end‑to‑end solution definitions, points of view, system flows, and performing impact analysis.
• Express interest in gaining knowledge in technology, investment operations and management, product management, and partnering with both the business and technical teams.
• Have a basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others.
• Embrace a continuous learning mindset and are not intimidated by unfamiliar territory.
• Be solution‑driven, accountable for results, and comfortable socializing your thought process.
• Be highly collaborative and willing to share your point of view.

Base salary ranges:
Orange County: $81,710–$130,736 Los Angeles: $86,592–$138,547

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
