The Project Manager will coordinate multi‑phase cloud initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP), manage work streams, and directly engage with stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with prior project management experience who are ready to take ownership of deliverables while progressing toward senior‑level leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, drive accountability, and ensure clear communication across onshore/offshore and multi‑regional teams.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, risk assessments, and executive‑level presentations.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks for delivery teams.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Apply cloud methodologies (Lift & Shift, Re‑platforming, Refactoring) to guide execution.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of professional experience (depending on the levels) as a Cloud Tech Project Manager or Cloud Technical Lead, including at least 2 years in IT project management, cloud project management, or cloud infrastructure delivery.
  • Demonstrated success managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional communication.
  • Proven experience in delivering diverse and complex projects, effectively managing both in‑house and outsourced resources.
  • Basic working knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms and methodologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • At least one of the basic levels of Cloud certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Administrator – Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to context.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools: MS Office/Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Asana/Trello, Smartsheet, Miro/Figma, Slack/Teams, reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.
  • Preferred:
Korean language skills to support global team communication (reading/writing/speaking); not required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands‑on exposure to cloud environments and projects.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM, CSPO/PSPO) or SAFe experience for scaled Agile environments.
  • Associate or Professional Cloud certifications (Any of AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops).
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system administration (Windows/Linux).
  • Experience working in cross‑cultural, multi‑regional environments.
