• Design engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Ensure designs align with user experience best practices and branding guidelines.
• Customize pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into design specifications.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
• Conduct design reviews, usability tests, and quality checks to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update SharePoint UI and web application designs as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing UIs for web applications.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Basic understanding of SharePoint’s capabilities is ideal.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and SPFx customization is a plus.
