Reporting: This position reports to the Director of Marketing

Position Purpose & Focus:

The Phillips Connect Demand Generation Manager develops, executes, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, accelerate the sales pipeline, and deliver measurable ROI. This role works closely with sales, product marketing, communications, and digital teams to create strategic, data-driven campaigns that grow brand awareness and generate demand for our solutions across key fleet, OEM, and industry partner networks.

Beyond the day-to-day work, this role shapes how our story reaches the market. You will help define how fleets discover smart trailer technology, how they understand the value behind it, and how they move from interest to purchase to adoption.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and manage an integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategy aligned with sales objectives, with focus on pipeline growth, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, events, and ABM platforms.
  • Partner with product marketing and customer success teams to drive cross-sell, upsell, and adoption programs for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to build high-performing assets including landing pages, nurture sequences, and ads that convert target audiences.
  • Lead and manage campaign calendars that support product launches, trade shows, and seasonal priorities.

Lead Management and Optimization

  • Oversee lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes in partnership with sales operations.
  • Manage data integrity within CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Google Analytics, Linked In Ads).
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion rates, continuously improving campaign performance through testing and analytics.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Own campaign reporting dashboards and track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, and campaign ROI.
  • Work with the Salesforce team to enhance lead management, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting frameworks.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales and marketing leadership.
  • Test and scale new channels to optimize overall marketing efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives and ensure lead quality.
  • Work with product marketing to develop targeted value propositions for fleet and logistics decision-makers.
  • Support digital initiatives including website conversion optimization, paid media strategy, and remarketing programs.
