Job SummarySEGA of America is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AI Business Solutions Engineer to join our Technology Services team in a hybrid capacity based in Irvine, CA. This role will be central to SEGA’s deployment of AI solutions across the organization. As an AI Business Solutions Engineer, you will help design, deploy, and maintain advanced AI solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization, map and develop intelligent agents for Microsoft 365 apps, build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and manage deployments within cloud infrastructure.
You will also champion AI adoption through training, workshops, and collaboration with business units, ensuring seamless integration into daily workflows.
- Collaborate with department stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing workflows, processes, and challenges.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Analyze departmental workflows to determine how AI and automation solutions can be integrated for efficiencies and reduced manual workload.
- Develop process maps and flowcharts to visually represent the current state and proposed AI-enabled future states.
- Assist in configuring and deploying AI agents to automate workflows, perform knowledge retrieval, and provide decision support.
- Support the setup and testing of RAG pipelines to surface relevant department-specific data, improving speed and accuracy.
- Integrate agents with internal data sources while maintaining compliance with data security standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using scripting, AI, or other dev‑ops tools.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept projects exploring emerging AI technologies relevant to game development, publishing, and player engagement.
- Maintain a repository of reusable AI workflows and prompt templates.
- Assist with AI governance, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Dev Ops Cloud AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable LLM solutions within Azure and O365 ecosystems.
- Manage and optimize SEGA’s self‑hosted AI infrastructure, including integration of multiple LLM backends (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Implement and maintain secure API connections for smooth integration across platforms.
- Tune models for specific business contexts such as corporate use cases, localization, QA, and marketing.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agent performance for speed, accuracy, and reliability.
- Implement proactive health checks and performance analytics for deployed AI solutions.
- Conduct workshops with departments to craft effective prompts and strategies for internal AI models.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI use cases and embed AI into creative and operational pipelines.
- Provide clear documentation, training materials, and best practices.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and non‑technical users to ensure accessibility of AI solutions.
- Conduct internal AI usage surveys to identify knowledge gaps and new use cases.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
