Sr. Manager, UX/UI
ZO Skin Health, Inc. Seeking an experienced leader to define and execute a UI/UX strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and retention across our digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Define and drive the UI/UX strategy aligning with business goals and global brand standards.
- Own end‑to‑end user experience design for web and mobile storefronts, conducting research, journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create scalable design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across global sites.
- Oversee front‑end development and UI integration, ensuring best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and performance.
- Track KPIs (conversion, bounce rates, site speed, customer satisfaction) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to integrate UI/UX enhancements in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Align UI/UX deliverables with product releases, campaigns, and regional e‑commerce initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of UI/UX design and front‑end development experience.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing global e‑commerce experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and experience with design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or similar).
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc).
- Excellent communication, project management, and Agile environments experience.
- Data‑driven mindset using A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback to guide design.
- Passion for skincare and understanding of the beauty consumer a plus.
- Adaptive, responsive individual capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player collaborating with cross‑functional teams, brand leadership, and global partners.
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Stays updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
