The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled senior Power BI report developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑grade reporting and analytics solutions. This role is highly cross‑functional and plays a critical part in supporting the field sales organization, sales & marketing leadership, marketing operations, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands‑on expert in data modeling, visualization, and dashboard storytelling, with proven experience building reporting that drives performance, accountability, and profitability insights across commercial teams.

Experience in pricing, customer, and product profitability analysis is strongly preferred.

This Role Will Focus On
  • Field Sales: sales compensation dashboards, quota/attainment tracking, rep performance, incentive modeling, and customer dashboards
  • Sales & Marketing Management: executive dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting visuals, financial & operational analytics
  • Marketing: campaign performance, lead funnel dashboards, channel effectiveness, and customer journey insights
  • Market Intelligence: competitive trends, pricing analytics, customer segmentation, product and market performance reporting
  • Finance: P&L performance management reports
What You’ll Do

Americas Sales Compensation, Marketing & Market Intelligence Power BI Solution Ownership (Lead Architect & Developer)

  • Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and intuitive Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models supporting Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence.
  • Establish and enforce Power BI development standards, including semantic modeling, DAX optimization, data governance, and security best practices.

Field Sales Reporting & Sales Compensation

  • Build and maintain sales compensation dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of quota, attainment, incentive payouts, ranking, and plan performance.
  • Develop territory, pipeline, activity, and customer‑level dashboards for Field Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Compensation teams to model scenarios and enable real‑time visibility into performance drivers.

Sales & Marketing Management Reporting

  • Deliver executive‑ready dashboards and KPI scorecards that support strategic planning, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Translate financial and operational metrics into clear visual narratives for senior stakeholders.

Marketing Analytics & Visualization

  • Create dashboards for campaign ROI, digital marketing analytics, lead progression, channel performance, and customer engagement.
  • Integrate data across CRM, marketing automation, and customer platforms to deliver unified visibility.
  • Build dashboards analyzing pricing trends and customer/product profitability.

Market Intelligence & Profitability Insights

  • Own the sourcing and data architecture of external market data and bridge with internal data.
  • Build dashboards analyzing competitive benchmarks and market performance.
  • Partner with Marketing Intelligence teams to automate recurring insights, enabling a deeper understanding of customer segments and product performance.

Data Management, Integration & Optimization

  • Lead ETL/ELT workflows using Power Query, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, load time, reliability, and user adoption.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Intelligence stakeholders.
  • Distill complex data sets into actionable insights tailored to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Mentorship & Best Practices Leadership

  • Mentor junior analysts or developers and foster a high‑performance analytics culture.
