• Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation.
• Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high‑value use cases.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical principles.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Sage Maker). AI Agentic experience, Google Cloud, Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining high‑availability AI solutions in a large‑scale production environment.
• Expertise in cloud (AWS, GCP) and data lake architecture.

• Experience with advanced statistical modeling techniques (e.g., causal inference, time series analysis, Bayesian methods).
• Proven expertise with Python, SQL & GCP Vertex AI.
• Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant academic conferences.

• Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Spark, and R.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training.
• Conduct data mining and analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risks.
• Review and advise on AI/ML solution architecture, scalability, data quality, and security.
• Identify and mitigate risks (privacy, bias, compliance).

• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, C#, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, SAS, and various analytics tools.
• Familiarity with unsupervised learning techniques and model training methodologies.
• Knowledge of database design principles and experience with linked data concepts.
• Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell) and VBA for automation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets using tools like Talend.
