- Serve as the primary expert for database management, optimizing system performance, and crafting effective solutions
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless data operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, providing efficient resolutions
- Design, implement, and execute ETL workflows and data migration strategies
- Support other service areas as needed, extending expertise beyond Oregon
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related technical field
- At least 4 years of Information Systems experience
- Minimum of 2 years of data analysis and/or data administration experience in a relational database environment
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- 4 or more years of data analysis and/or data administration experience in a relational database environment
- Expertise in SQL Server versions 2019 and higher
- Hands-on experience with T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and indexing strategies
- Experience designing and managing Always On Availability Groups and implementing disaster recovery solutions
- Skilled in designing and documenting functional requirements and technical specifications for new applications
