Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Data Coordinator with construction experience in the utility industry. The ideal candidate will manage multiple work groups, possess strong communication skills, and have project coordination experience. Travel may be required, approximately 5-10% for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, and distribute follow-ups.
- Assist in planning project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Convert action items into Jira tasks and maintain project tracking.
- Create and update Wiki procedures following style guides.
- Develop and update process maps using Visio.
- Assist in implementing process improvements.
- Track project deliverables and support monitoring project goals in Lattice and Jira.
- Assist with project communication.
- Conduct analytics reporting and support Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Identify and submit updates for project databases.
- Train data entry and coordination staff.
- Assist in developing training programs and guide team members.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple groups.
- Proficiency in Jira, Visio, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience in process mapping and workflow understanding.
- Effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Construction scheduling and planning experience in utility industry.
- Knowledge of project billing and contract tracking.
- GIS and data analytics experience.
The hourly rate ranges from $22 to $28, based on education and experience.
