Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and a passion for driving innovation through Copilot, Agentic AI, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This role combines presales leadership, solution design, and thought leadership to help clients transform their business processes across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Health & Life Sciences, Banking, and Finance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresales Leadership
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Deliver tailored solution presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and bid defenses.
- Develop solution architectures and implementation strategies aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Advise on integration with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure services.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in proposed solutions.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 CE features, AI‑driven enhancements, and emerging technologies.
- Evangelise innovation through workshops, webinars, and industry events.
- Partner with sales teams, delivery teams, and Microsoft counterparts to drive successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior presales resources and contribute to building demo frameworks.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong presales leadership experience in enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct discovery sessions and deliver compelling demos.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Solid understanding of solution architecture and integration with Power Platform and Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with industry‑specific solutions (Manufacturing, Energy, Health & Life Sciences, Banking, and Finance).
- Knowledge of Copilot and AI‑driven CRM capabilities.
- Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Agentic AI concepts.
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years technical pre‑sales or technical consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre‑sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

Salary RangeBase Salary Pay Range: USD $97,500k – USD $147,500k
The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
