• The Senior Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), ETL modernization, and cloud-native architectures on AWS, with a strong emphasis on program governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale data modernization programs, including MDM and ETL transformation initiatives.
• Lead cloud transformation activities, migrating from legacy ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica Power Center) to AWS‑native solutions using PySpark, Glue, and other services.
• Collaborate with solution architects to define scalable integration architectures and next‑gen MDM SaaS ecosystems.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams, including business, technology, and client partners, to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor engineering leads and data architects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Plan and manage program budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery.

• 10+ years of experience in data program management with proven success in large‑scale data platform delivery.
• Deep expertise in MDM systems, ETL tools, and data integration frameworks.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM, Cloud Formation, etc.).
• Familiarity with PySpark, Kafka, Talend, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub).
• Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
