AboutThe Role
We’re looking for an experienced AV/VC Support Specialist to ensure seamless video conferencing and collaboration experiences for a leading gaming company. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support to C‑level executives. You’ll manage AV environments, maintain hardware, and deliver high‑quality real‑time communication solutions in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, track, and resolve incidents and requests using the ticketing system.
- Ensure quality and consistency of video conferencing services.
- Provide direct support to C‑level executives for call quality and real‑time communication tools.
- Maintain and prepare AV/VC hardware environments to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot AV/VC systems and escalation issues when necessary.
- Manage AV projects of varying size and complexity; interpret project construction documents.
- Perform AV break‑fix repairs, upgrades, and new build installations.
- Maintain proficiency in videoconferencing and collaboration technologies.
- Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving for AV hardware/software.
- Manage AV equipment inventory, commissioning, and decommissioning.
- Create and maintain AV environment documentation.
- 2+ years supporting video conferencing equipment.
- 2+ years experience with web‑cast and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
- 2+ years troubleshooting Mac and Windows in a VC environment.
- 2+ years providing executive‑level support.
- Strong understanding of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco VC equipment, Logitech VC equipment.
- Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
- AV integration and deployment experience.
- Work onsite with a top‑tier gaming client in a dynamic environment.
