We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and develop data solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and data modeling skills, with 3-5 years of experience in BI development. A key part of this role also involves creating clear and comprehensive documentation for data processes and solutions.

• Develop and implement data solutions to support decision-making processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards.
• Build and optimize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages/data pipelines for data integration and ETL processes.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain data models to ensure efficient data architecture and reporting.
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Conduct testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
• Document data processes, solutions, and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data improvements and reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Developer, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS for creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience building and managing SSIS packages/data pipelines for ETL and data integration.
• Proven experience in data modeling to support BI solutions and reporting needs.
• Experience with Power BI to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Ability to document data solutions, workflows, and technical processes clearly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design principles and concepts.
• Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Azure/Fabric data stack is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
