Data Engineer II

Looking for a Data Engineer II who will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data ingestion, storage, and analytical platform. Experienced Modern Data Warehouse expert who enjoys optimizing data systems and building data pipelines.

• Design and implement Data Warehouse solutions using Cloud Services
• Create data models and build highly scalable cloud-based analytical solutions
• Design, build, and maintain modern Data Warehouse schematics, Data Pipelines, and Data Streams
• Develop ETL code for integrating large datasets from various sources into Cloud platforms
• Automate ETL processes and optimize data delivery
• Re‑design Data Warehouse architectures for greater scalability
• Design and implement audit processes for data ingestion and access

• 4+ years of experience building processes supporting data transformations, data structures, dependencies, and workload management
• Advanced experience with MATLAB
• Advanced experience with Python
• Advanced SQL and ETL experience working with relational databases
• Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
• Experience building and optimizing ‘Big Data’ pipelines, architectures, and datasets
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following: AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, AWS or Azure Cloud Services, Postgres
• Good knowledge of at least one ETL tool:
  Informatica, Matillion, Pentaho, or SSIS

• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Azkaban, Luigi, or Airflow
• Knowledge of Clinical data or Medical Device products
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with real‑time data processing and streaming technologies
