Master Data Analyst

• Oversee creation, maintenance, and deletion of master data across key domains — products (SKUs, variants), customers (DTC + B2B), vendors, pricing, employees and channels.
• Define, enforce, and monitor data standards, policies, and workflows (naming conventions, data definitions, business rules, etc.)
• Partner with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, and Finance to understand data needs and ensure alignment across systems.
• Act as a liaison between business users & technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into clean, scalable data structures.
• Identify and escalate recurring data entry issues to Finance, Sales, Customer Support & Supply chain to ensure data integrity. Work closely with the BI team to align data structures with reporting needs.
• Assist with integrations and data flows between key platforms ensuring harmonization across platforms & environments.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for master data-related changes (e.g., promotions, new product launches, pricing updates, customer segmentation) and their operational impact.
• As a key member of the BI team partner on data validation for dashboards and reports. Conduct regular audits and exception reporting to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and data dictionaries + data lineage documentation to support training, adoption, and compliance.
