• Possesses Functional and some Technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in Warehouse Management modules.
• Have a good knowledge of Integration frameworks – API, File transfer protocol .
• Provide capability to support Warehouse Operations team- SIT, UAT and go live
• Being able to drive solution delivery with technical and operations leadership.
• Create requirements documents for development teams to be able to develop solutions in Oracle and other Custom Supply Chain Solutions developed for the warehouse.
• Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different EBS components.
• Being able to run SQL scripts
• Interact with Assurant Customer and 3rd party teams for IT issue resolution
• Able to work with multiple levels of leadership ( up to EVP , GM DCC)

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, documentation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
• Able to work in Complex Matrix organization setup
• Strong product mindset in delivering solutions to customers .
• Highly energetic and motivated individual .
