Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Location: On-site, Irvine, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hours/week
Overtime: Paid in accordance with California labor law
Compensation: Hourly (non-exempt), approximately $19.23/hour

We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow in the beauty-tech and healthcare technology sector
. This full-time, hourly position provides hands‑on experience in consumer success operations and offers the opportunity for long‑term career growth in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
The role begins with a 3-month probationary period
, after which successful candidates may transition to ongoing employment based on performance and business needs.
- Support consumer and client success operations for B2B AI-powered scalp & skin scanners and B2C hair loss aid products integrated with AI analysis
- Assist B2B partners (clinics, salons, distributors) with onboarding, device education, usage guidance, and technical support
- Respond to B2C customer inquiries regarding AI scan results, product usage, and personalized hair care routines
- Educate users on AI-generated scalp and skin analysis data and recommended care solutions
- Communicate professionally via email, chat, and internal systems
- Collect and summarize feedback from B2B and B2C users to support product and service improvements
- Collaborate with U.S. teams and South Korea headquarters on training, service optimization, and product enhancements
- Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and accountable
- Passionate about K-Beauty, hair care, skincare, AI, or healthcare technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site office environment
- Fluent in English (Korean skills a plus, but not required)
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to work on-site in Irvine, CA
- No current or future need for employment visa sponsorship
- Open to recent graduates or early-career professionals
- Must be available to start February 2026
- Able to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule
- Hourly, non-exempt position (~$19.23/hour; annualized ~$40,000 for 40-hour weeks)
- Overtime paid in accordance with California labor law
