Production Services Engineer / Production Support Engineer

You can look for any C++ developer with Scripting. Need not have done production support. But as long as he/she is interested in production support pls share the resume.

• 4-6 years as a Senior Analyst/Engineer with extensive experience in root-cause analysis
• 4-6 years experience in supporting and troubleshooting production software
• 1-2 years experience with Object-Oriented Programming or C++ developers on Unix /Linux
• Strong shell scripting ability (Power Shell, VBScript, Python, Bash)
• Experience with credit card processing software and hardware.
• Strong ability to read and dissect source code
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux OS
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology a plus
• Experience with e
  * Restaurant or other Back Office restaurant management systems.
• Excellent general knowledge of computer and networking technologies
• Experience with Agile with Scrum software development methodologies are highly desired
• Experience with development, QA testing and software deployment are highly desired
• Demonstrated strong communications skills
• Strong understanding of object oriented design
