Position: SAP Concur Project Manager

Onsite - Hybrid - 3 days a week from Client office in Irvine - No Remote

Pay Rate to candidate : $70-$73/hr

Job Description:

• Leadership in a Project Management/Project Lead capacity delivering Concur Implementation projects
• Working Knowledge of Concur functional configuration and design
• Prior work experience in Accounting for Travel & Expense, knowledge of business processes around Travel & Expense, clearing accounts, etc
• Understanding of Concur integration to ERP Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, People Soft, etc.) required
• Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP Concur implementations
• Understanding of business travel and travel agency data
• Provide Leadership and Guidance to teams on systems integration plan
• Expertise in verbal and written communications to convey progress and results of analysis
• Ability to occasionally travel to San Antonio, TX as needed (Estimated at least once every 2 months)
• Work with teams that are rapidly delivering value to their customers leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe
• Candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Manage Project Scope, Risks, and Issues
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with clients and vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budgetary parameters
• Developing an estimate internal staff time and resource requirements to support the project
• Work with Technical teams to Setup and maintain client Concur environment throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Configuration, Test/Development, Production)
