Digital Product Ownership (60%)

  • Lead the redesign and launch of Micro Port’s global corporate website in coordination with external vendors and other internal stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain the website roadmap, including functionality, user experience, and performance targets.
  • Develop, document and enforce digital governance guidelines, including accessibility, data privacy, and localization (GDPR, regional cybersecurity laws, etc.).
  • Ensure sustainable work streams, such as version control, update workflows, and vendor documentation, to prevent future obsolescence.
  • Establish and monitor digital KPIs (traffic, SEO, engagement) and deliver regular performance reports.
  • In collaboration with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, drive the digital translation of medical affairs initiatives into compelling online narratives in both web-ready written and video format for scientific updates, clinical trials, medical education, and congress highlights.

Global Brand Integration and Representation (30%)

  • Serve as a member of the Global Branding Committee, ensuring digital and visual alignment with Micro Port’s global identity.
  • Coordinate cross-platform standards for website, Linked In, and other digital presences, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Branding to determine overall brand architecture, naming conventions, and other cross functional initiatives across subsidiaries.

Cross-functional Coordination and Support (10%)

  • Maintain and curate brand-aligned digital assets, templates, and documentation repositories.
  • Conduct regular audits of Micro Port’s online presence to identify updates, inconsistencies, or optimization opportunities.
  • Provide copyediting review for various materials to support cross functional colleagues
Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in digital product management, web operations, or UX/communications roles.
  • Proven experience overseeing website rebuilds or large-scale digital projects.
  • Solid understanding of CMS workflows, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and user experience best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple global internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to occasionally have meetings with overseas colleagues outside 9am – 5pm.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms and version-controlled design systems.
