Key Responsibility- Provide techno-functional consulting for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work on development, customization, testing, and implementation.
- Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation.
- Work with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Use Azure Dev Ops for development and deployment processes.
- Apply Python and AI/ML capabilities where required.
