• Set the BI strategy:
  Define and execute a Business Intelligence roadmap aligned with commercial priorities, enterprise strategy, and measurable business outcomes.
• Tell stories from the numbers:
  Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that clearly explain what happened, why it matters, what may happen next, and what action leaders should take.
• Advise senior leadership:
  Present findings, implications, and recommendations to senior executives with clarity, confidence, and executive presence; anticipate questions and influence decisions through evidence-based points of view.
