You’ll be the go-to person when systems fail and ensure meetings run smoothly, with white-glove service for executives. This role may require after-hours support and reports to the Senior Director of IT.
You’ll manage Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms, Crestron control, AV hardware, and networked devices, coordinating with vendors and the central IT team to maintain reliability.
