Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will manage a pre‑litigation caseload from intake through settlement, work closely with case managers and legal assistants, and play a key role in driving case value.

• 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong understanding of medical treatment, records, and injury valuation
• Proven ability to negotiate and settle cases effectively
• Excellent communication skills with clients, providers, and insurers
• Ability to oversee and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven

• Manage a pre‑litigation personal injury caseload
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality client communication
• Review and analyze medical records and treatment to support case valuation
• Prepare comprehensive demand and settlement packages
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve maximum client recovery
• Supervise and guide assigned case managers and legal assistants
• Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and process improvement
