About the Role:

Our firm represents a diverse range of clients across multiple practice areas, and we’re looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Civil Litigation team.

This position is perfect for an attorney eager to gain hands-on litigation experience and play an active role in case strategy and client advocacy. You’ll manage cases from inception to resolution, handle motion work and court appearances, and have the opportunity to conduct depositions and trial work based on your experience and comfort level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials (as experience allows)
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients
  • Maintain detailed and organized case files and client communications
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
