A well-regarded law firm in Orange County is seeking a mid-level Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role focuses on construction law and litigation, representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and other industry professionals in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, delay claims, payment issues, and surety matters.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney with solid construction law experience who wants to be part of a collaborative, litigation-focused team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a range of construction-related litigation matters, including contract disputes, delay claims, mechanics’ liens, and surety bond issues
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related documents
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on construction law
• Experience with contract disputes, public and private construction projects, and related claims
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• This is an in-office role based in Orange County (minimum 3 days/week)
