- Manage complex litigation matters from pre‑suit through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and expert‑related documentation
- Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and preparation
- Oversee public and private works litigation involving change orders, delays, and lien issues
- California‑licensed attorney in good standing
- 2–5 years of litigation experience (construction law preferred but not required)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Prior exposure to construction litigation, engineering background, or experience with competitors is a plus
- Base salary: $185,000 – $205,000 DOE
- Annual discretionary bonus plus billable hour bonus
- Unlimited PTO and 9 paid holidays
