BasePay Range

Responsibilities- Discovery, research, and document review.
- Draft motions, depositions, and interview witnesses.
- Hybrid schedule – 4 days a week in a beautiful office located five minutes from the airport.
- Opportunity to sit third chair or second for more experienced attorneys.
- Work toward 155‑hour billables; exceeders receive lucrative bonuses.
- JD or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of Business Litigation experience.
- Experience with business disputes, intellectual property, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade‑secret litigation.
- Experience with employment (wage & hour, harassment, discrimination), product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus.
- Transactional experience is a plus.
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
- Meaningful work with nation‑wide clients.
