A growing litigation platform in Irvine is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Counsel to handle complex commercial disputes nationwide. This role offers meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and a reduced billable hour requirement.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions and oversee discovery strategy
- Lead complex motion practice and dispositive briefing
- Interact directly with clients and serve as a trusted litigation advisor
- Participate in hearings, court appearances, and trial proceedings
- 5+ years of experience handling business or commercial litigation
- Strong command of civil procedure and litigation strategy
- Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and supervise matters effectively
