The firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support its Orange County practice. This role is ideal for a true litigator who wants hands‑on responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long‑term career development.
What You’ll Do- Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Appear in state and federal court, including hearings
- Participate in mediations and arbitrations
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases
- Develop expertise in insurance coverage matters over time
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Active California Bar and JD
- Meaningful experience with court appearances, hearings, mediations, or arbitrations
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Desire to remain in litigation long term
- Willingness to work hybrid with 3 days in-office
