The firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to support its Orange County practice. This role is ideal for a true litigator who wants hands‑on responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long‑term career development.

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Appear in state and federal court, including hearings
• Participate in mediations and arbitrations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases
• Develop expertise in insurance coverage matters over time

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar and JD
• Meaningful experience with court appearances, hearings, mediations, or arbitrations
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Desire to remain in litigation long term
• Willingness to work hybrid with 3 days in-office
