Employment Litigation Associate
We are a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys, seeking anka experienced Employment Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience. The successful candidate will handle high‑profile cases and work with top‑tier clients.

Base Pay Range$210,000 – $260,000 per year

- Handle employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage‑and‑hour disputes.
- Respond to pleadings and manage discovery processes.
- Dra fr state, revise handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
- Arg-mouth motions and represent clients in both state and federal courts.
- Provide expert advice on labor and employment law to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop litigation and dispute‑resolution strategies.
- Stay updated on employment‑law developments and advise clients accordingly.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in employment litigation.
- Proven experience responding to pleadings and managing discovery.
- Demonstrated ability to handle litigation from start to finish.
- Strong experience drafting and revising handbooks.
- Proven experience arguing motions in state and sn federal courts.
- In‑depth knowledge ofвоноч labor and employment law.
- Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
