• Advising public entities on real estate matters including property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real‑estate issues.
• Drafting and negotiating transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases and development agreements.
• Performing due diligence and ensuring complianceort with land use, zoning, CEQA/NEPA regulations.
• Collaborating closely with public officials and staff to achieve client objectives.

• 5 to 8 years of real estate, municipal or land use law experience.
• California law license required.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with land use, zoning, CEQA/NEPA compliance.

Base salary: $137,000 – $195,000, commensurate with experience. This is the expected pay scale for an associate with five or more years of experience.
